Starting at the top with the Dalai Lama and men very close to him, Tenzin Dhonden, supposedly a monk taking a lover etc, President Lobsang Sangay, sexual assault, blatant sexism etc

In Tibetan the word for female is kye-min, inferior birth in English.

The Dalai Lama has repeatedly said in interviews:

"if the Dalai Lama’s reincarnation is female, she must be very attractive. The reason is so that she will have more influence on others. If she is an ugly female, she won’t be very effective, will she? What do you think?"

The  Dalai  Lama  thinks  a  female  Dalai Lama  would  have  to  be  ‘very, very  attractive’

Question: Do you think the next Dalai Lama should be a woman?
Answer: Twenty or thirty years ago, a journalist from a French women’s magazine asked me this question for the first time. Can the Dalai Lama’s incarnation be female in the future? I say, yes, because firstly, there are already high female reincarnations among Tibetan lamas. For example Samding Dorje Phagmo is an incarnation tradition which has existed, I think for seven or eight hundred years.⁵ That reincarnation lineage is almost as old as that of the Karmapa,⁶ I think it must have begun around the time of Lama Tsongkhapa.⁷ In our time there are high female lamas as well. Yes, we accept female gurus, female teachers. The purpose of a reincarnation lineage is to serve people through the Dharma, and if the circumstances are such that a female form is more useful, then why not? I mentioned that to the French journalist. I also said half-jokingly that if the Dalai Lama’s reincarnation is female, she must be very attractive. The reason is so that she will have more influence on others. If she is an ugly female, she won’t be very effective, will she? What do you think? (laughs). Good! Thank you very much!

"That female must be attractive, otherwise it is not much use," he told a startled BBC interviewer.

He then leaned forward to Mr Myrie with a smile and added: "Then I told that reporter: ‘If it is a female, the face should be very attractive’."
Clearly surprised, Mr Myrie retorted: "You are joking, I am assuming. Or you're not joking?"
The Dalai Lama then made it clear he was not. "It's true," he replied.

Suspended Lama Tenzin had a lover too according to the reports surfaced following the Dalai Lama’s US gatekeeper’s suspension. There is a report which claims that the Tibetan monk who worked together many influential people in the US to facilitate the bringing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to the country for philanthropic events and one of them became his lover in the past.
“Readers of Frank Report might recall that Sara Bronfman introduced the ‘Venerable’ Lama Tenzin Dhonden, the self described ‘Personal Emissary for Peace for the Dalai Lama’, to Keith Raniere around 2008.” said the report in the Artvoice.
The report added that three of them worked together to bring the Dalai Lama to Albany in 2009 and reportedly Sara Bronfman and the Lama Tenzin, a monk, became lovers for a time.
Tenzin Dhonden is the Dalai Lama’s self described ‘personal emissary’ to United States and he has been suspended from the position over allegations that he abused his role and corrupted from charity. The allegations are very strangely questionable on both sides of the coin; while the accuser Daniel Kranzler, a Seattle businessman and philanthropist complains about unfair demand of payments after more than a decade’s time, Lama Tenzin defends that though figures of amount demanded are not as alleged, every payment has been used for the expenses of the programs according to his lawyer.
However, Lama Tenzin was suspended from his duties as secretary and trustee of the Dalai Lama Trust, a charitable organization chaired by the Dalai Lama for the pending allegations against him.
“Sara Bronfman met the Venerable Lama Tenzin Dhonden in Idaho in 2007. He visited the heiress in Albany in 2008. Sara encouraged Lama Tenzin to invite His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Albany to meet and work with Keith Raniere. The Dalai Lama agreed to a four day visit in April 2009.” described the report about their past. The two were said to have stayed alone at Sara’s houses in Albany and New York in the part as reported.
The report also stated in conviction that despite the allegations against the Buddhist monk of corruption is yet to be declared, it is certain that he broke his second vow of celibacy as Buddhist monk with Sara Bronfman!

President Sangay and the sexual assault on Ms Leslie Butterfield

by Mila Rangzen, /2018/02/21/

[President Sangay, LS = Lobsang Sangay]
Just as you, the reader, I am also very concerned about the direction that LS is taking the Tibetan community towards.  Just as Trump he is catering to his base of fanatic Khampa sanjor ex-monk supporters leading to disharmony and divisiveness. Let me start in 2011 during the Kalachakra in Washington DC. – During the Kalachakra from July 6-16th, LS also visited as is normal for him to bask in the glory of His Holiness.  An intern, Leslie Butterfield, at the ICT was assigned to him to assist him in his meetings and moving around DC.  Ms. Butterfield was in her early 20s then and a very attractive young woman who supported His Holiness and the Tibetan cause with her whole heart and being.  She is known to have been a very active participant in numerous activities to further the cause of Tibet and spread the work of compassion of His Holiness.
It was the night of July 11th that LS physically assaulted her in his hotel room.  The next day she reported this to Mary Beth Markey, the then President of ICT.  There were others in the office who were also made aware of the incident of the previous night. Ms. Butterfield was convinced by Marybeth and others in the ICT not to file charges against LS using the name of HH as an emotional blackmail.  That she would be sullying the name of His Holiness if she was to file a complaint.  She was pressured into not filing a complaint which makes people at ICT complicit in a cover-up.  With so many women coming out with sexual abuse charges it may be time for Ms. Butterfield to come out too.
